Conversations with Gemini Design

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gemini Design.

Hi Gemini Design, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Being raised together makes us sisters, our shared love of gemstones and jewelry make us Gemini. Since we were kids, we have made designs together and loved to create. As time has passed, our lives have grown, both being mothers and wives, and with that a drive to pave a way for our families and be strong examples for them. Being a local women-owned business is important to us. Each piece is hand-crafted by us right here in North Dallas, where we both live and have set down roots. Building uplifting relationships and connections with all the people we meet along the way is where we find our value. All of our jewelry is made with love and sold at local Texas markets and shows. God has created beautiful natural gemstones, and we are passionate about using them to craft unique jewelry for every occasion of life. Jewelry that makes people feel good. The support from our family and the community has been everything, and we are so happy to be growing our business right in the heart of Texas.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Creating our designs is such a passion of ours, and growing slowly and organically has made it a smooth road. Along with the support of our family, friends, and community, it’s been a very uplifting journey.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
We select the most unique precious and semi-precious stones to create one-of-a-kind jewelry.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Sometimes we pay our kids in candy to help us with our jewelry. 😉
