We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Is never a smooth road, maybe in good or in bad way depends the point of view, I keep it honestly, I grew up, and I still, and also because life is not a flat roller coaster! In my way that happened a lot things since that, I left my home when I was 11 years at school, they put me under the shoes the brooches or showing me clothes and tell me: ”Well you dance great, phenomenal but you can fit this dress I am sorry… next one” I never was fat but with some ballet need to be very thin …
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I love my work, dance is completely my life it make me feel better inside when I have my bad day that happen to everyone I put the music in my hear pods, and I dance, I do improvisation, and most of the time, because my head is free in that moment I create good things. I remember that one day my mum and dad told me: “Greta, no matter which path you choose we will always be there to support you but remember do what you love and trust that it will never be a struggle to get up in the morning and go to work. Make your passion your job”.
I did, and I always try to do my best to do better, and I am very proud about this!
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I am from originally Genova (Italy), so I love the food, the beautiful city’s that we have with beaches, but I don’t like that there isn’t the possibility for the new generation have opportunities about work, that’s why I moved to New York City, and also it was my big dream since I was child
