Today we’d like to introduce you to Linda Ngo.
Hi Linda, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My childhood was definitely not a fairytale rather, it was filled with drama and trauma. My dad shot and killed my mother when I was 3 and I was at that point…..ideally in “Survival” mode. Without diving deep into ALL my different spots on my timeline, I’ll fast-forward and say, because I was accustomed to bouncing from family to family, my professional space ideally became the same pattern. However, most would frown upon that statement, but I’ve embraced it because it’s created the Serial Entrepreneur that I am.
My Professional space includes, but not limited to, PR, CM/DC, Marketing, Branding, Coaching, Cannabis, Consulting, Speaking, International Import/Export, etc. I’m also a mother of 3 Amaziinnnggggg Boys to add to my daily duties, I sit on several nonprofit boards as President and one of my true Passion is being a Diversed and Versatile Speaker.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Lord knowsssss it’s been a bumpy road and there are still days that have speed bumps. lol.. But those are what creates a true metric system to measure our successes. One of the most challenging struggles for me as a single mother was finding the balance of Motherhood, Surviving and Providing. I didn’t have a family to fall back on, so finding a way to pay for childcare or to be able to take time off when the boys were sick created the Mandatory Push into Entrepreneurship.
Secondly, being a single mother, finances was a challenge because I had to decide what Risks was worth taking and how I could create a return on not only my monies but also my time. Of course, there was so much more, but I won’t keep you guys here. lol
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a Serial Entrepreneur and my Sprinkle of Experience includes; PR, Branding, Marketing, Coaching, Consulting, Non-Profits, Speaking, Entertainment, Fashion, Beauty and Cannabis. I feel that my Unique approaches, delivery of Perspectives, my Compassion for others and Genuineness to Want to see everyone Win, attracts who it attracts and therefore, creates a special lane that I love within both my Personal and Professional space.
What’s next?
Ooohh my plans for the future.. Hmmm… I’m definitely hyper-focused on a few more companies to launch, more industries to learn, Definitely, to continue to Empower and Serve any communities I’m blessed to be a part of. Please stay tuned because I’m just that excited. lol
