Hi Michelle, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
The Tiny Toasts was honestly born from my anxiety that came from my student loans, I knew I wanted to create an extra stream of income that I would genuinely love doing and that my clients would feel my passion through my services.
My favorite time to think about what I wanted to do, was when I was at my parent’s ranch with their horses, and I jokingly pictured myself serving the horses cocktails from their trailer. And that’s where it all began.
But I quickly found out that running a business on my own was going to be more challenging than I foresaw, and honestly, at the time it was more than I could handle. So, I released my expectations and forgot about it for a couple of months.
I decided to pick it back up but this time without the root of anxiety. Choosing to enjoy the process of every event as they come and I’m honestly so glad I did.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My main struggle has to be keeping up with social media, did you know that for a small business like this you’re recommended to post between 1-5 times a day, every day.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We specialize in creating an easy process for clients to have a unique, memorable bar experience for their events.
We are proud to say that we have curated a menu with roughly 30 cocktails so that there’s something for everyone’s taste.
Apart from our southern hospitality, I believe our cocktails will set us apart from others because we fresh fruit to make our mixers, making a world of a difference in cocktails.
