Conversations with Nathan Noller

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nathan Noller.

Hi Nathan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my electrical career at 17 years old with Ari-Tex Electric. In 2001 I met my wife Misty and had 4 amazing children. After 21 years, 7-day work weeks, and relentless studying, I received my Master Electrician license and moved on to chase my dream of opening my own electrical company. With the support of his family, friends, and mentors made along the way, I was able to open Noller Electric on November 8, 2021, which happens to also be my birthday.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
NO!!!! Owning your own business is not for the weak LOL. There are many struggles when starting out, like finding the right people, making sure that you are out getting jobs to keep the business going, making sure that money is constantly coming in so that you can make payroll and pay bills. There were times that Misty and I didn’t take a paycheck so that our guys could get paid. Thats part of being a business owner you have to make sure that your employees are taken care of because without them there wouldn’t be a Noller Electric. As a business owner it all falls on your shoulders and sometimes that weight gets very heavy.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am the owner of an electrical contractor business. We specialize in residential and commercial projects. We are known for our honesty and the integrity when it comes to our jobs. We have a standard that we try and uphold at all times. I am most proud of the group of guys and girls that I have at Noller Electric, I have truly been so blessed. What sets us apart is our attention to detail and cleanliness. I tell my guys that even though our work will be covered up by drywall and no one will probably ever see it, that it doesn’t matter, what matters is doing a good job even if no one is going to see it. That is integrity and that is the Noller Electric standard.

What matters most to you?
My faith in Jesus Christ and my family. Jesus Christ gave His life for me. That is a love that surpasses all things. Noller Electric is still here not because of me or my employees but because of Him. We try and keep Jesus the center of this business and our lives and we all the glory goes to Him. Next to God my family is everything. I have 4 of the most amazing daughters anyone could have, a new grandson who is the center of our world, and a wife that supports me and loves me through all the good and bad.
