Hi Pamela, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello! Thank you so much for this opportunity! I am a proud mother to three beautiful children & “GiGi” to one amazing grandson! They are my “Why!” I am a Retired Public School Teacher with 32 years of service. I have been a full-time entrepreneur since retiring three years ago in 2018. I love helping people! I knew that after I retired, I would need a way to network with others. So, becoming an entrepreneur was the ideal way for me to be able to meet a lot of people and develop relationships.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been anything but a smooth road during my entrepreneurial adventure. I began part-time in the network marketing industry over ten years ago after going through a divorce. I knew I needed a way to make additional income because I had a family. My teaching salary and the tutoring I was doing just wasn’t enough. I always seemed to have more month than money. I tried several opportunities but had little to no success. I made some income, but unfortunately it was not on a consistent basis. I continued to be open to new opportunities, and because I was open to receive, I have now found something that I am passionate about sharing with others.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
In order to be successful in the network marketing industry, I feel the absolute #1 thing you must have is a Dream! No matter how old you are, it’s never too late to Dream!! One of my Mentors, Mr. Ty Best of WealthBuilders Worldwide always says, “Dream Big, and then Dream Bigger! Don’t let anyone steal your Dream!!” I believe that Time, Money and Location Freedom are usually what every entrepreneur wants to accomplish. Let your burning desire to fulfill your Dreams take you to Total Freedom!
Reading books is also very important in the network marketing industry, or in any industry for that matter. You should read books that will help you with personal development and leadership skills. If you are not a reader, start trying to read for just 10 minutes a day. Eventually, you’ll love it!
Finding the right mentor is very valuable for you to reach your Dreams and Success. The mentor you choose should have a Vision that matches yours. Find your Tribe! Your mentor needs to be able to motivate, inspire, and educate you. They should be committed to teaching you how to succeed right along with them because everyone Wins if you are following the right System! So, duplicate what your mentor is doing and teach others to do the same. You, as well, have to do what’s required by putting in the work and being committed. It’s all about the ultimate goal of Freedom!!
Personally, I have Faith, a Dream, and that burning desire to Succeed! My “Whys” are always in the forefront of my mind. I am determined to leave a Wealth Legacy for my children and grandchildren during this 2nd Chapter of my Life!
