Today we’d like to introduce you to Rachel Rowan.
Hi Rachel, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I am a DFW native. I have been a licensed realtor for over 10 yrs. I specialize in commercial, investment, luxury, and multifamily, and everything in between! I actively invest in and remodel homes as well. I have built and designed a lakefront home (I will include pictures of that) that I am proud of. I am in the process of developing several other projects coming soon in Dallas. I recently moved to Compass Park Cities to focus on that market as it where I currently reside, and I am passionate about the neighborhood. I am a top-producing solo agent who has built a referral-based business. Due to my hands-on touch, my clients quickly become friends and repeat clients.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It takes time to build any business. I originally started my career in a commercial office. I have had some personal situations around COVID time, which made me stronger, and I have consistently doubled my business ever since. I do not have family in the business or even in the neighborhood I have been able to break into; it has been based off my own personal motivation and drive to achieve big goals.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Realtor at Compass Park Cities. Remodel/Flip homes as well. Most proud of my ability to have a referral-based business and be a top-producing solo agent. I am extremely proud of the homes I have remodeled and built. I am a one-woman show with a passion for all things real estate.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
To believe in yourself and motivate yourself, and you can accomplish anything. I have learned I can overcome any obstacle thru hard work and a passion.
