Hi Seily, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
My name is Seily Flores, I was born in Honduras and raised in Dallas, Tx. I am 29 years old, mother of four, and been married to my spouse for 7 years, who is also an entrepreneur in Dallas, TX owner and founder of Lone Star Collision Center. My background is mainly in HR and recruiting. I stumbled upon real estate after I resigned my previous employer as Director of Recruiting for a staffing firm in Farmers Branch, TX, I was emotionally attached to that job and the people I used to work with, however, God had better plans for me. I considered myself a natural leader at heart, and my biggest joy is being able to help others, I love making people feel good about themselves and helping them find the best version of themselves.
After I left that job, I found a lot of time in my hands and asked GOD to guide me the right direction, the path that I needed to be. Finding my why and my purpose was very important to me. I’ve spent weeks of doing soul searching and finding myself again spiritually at what I truly enjoyed doing. Once I discover that I was going to start selling real estate, I got my license and started my journey. I didn’t know what to expect once I got my license, but my mission is to help families create a meaningful legacy for future generations.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Has it been a smooth road? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way? Nothing worth having comes easy. This journey has been exciting in the aspect of constantly learning something new. Not every transaction is the same and some can be challenging but it’s all worth it at the end, sitting at a closing table with my clients is the best feeling ever realizing you were part of a big milestone. I’ll accept all challenging and difficult situations related to real estate transactions as opportunities to use my professional skills. I find solutions that best achieve the real estate needs of my customers and clients.

Success to me is the Inner peace knowing you’ve done the best you can towards your goals.
