Today we’d like to introduce you to Shayla Dunlap and Lauren Payne.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Clinic Concierge started originally as a team of nurses and nurse practitioners offering Concierge COVID testing in patients’ homes. During these visits, patients consistently started asking for more services. We organically added services and continue doing so based on patients’ needs and requests. We currently have locations in Prosper, Frisco, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This has been a fairly smooth road since we organically grew. We started off with a team of about 5 nurses/nurse practitioners and have grown to over 50 providers! Many of the team members are TCU or Baylor Grads!
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
At-home concierge medicine practice!
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The qualities and characteristics we feel make us a success are being well-polished, efficient, quick, and knowledgeable about the care we provide. We look at healthcare as a hobby and not a job. We do this because we LOVE it. We enjoy providing excellent service to our patients.
