I would like to thank my very supportive & talented husband Sagar Khole. Also, would like to thank my in laws & friends for their great support and love.
My biggest strength, my pillar is my sister Aparna who has always inspired me to be independent, strong, successful woman by being one.
My passion is to empower women & to dream Impossible. I want break the stereotype/barriers to do something positive, beneficial work for entire creation, to uplift society towards positivity & empower human soul.
I have Participated for the reason to prove a point. Recently after giving birth, I had to go through one life-threatening condition ‘Postpartum preeclampsia’ which can lead to strokes, seizures n death but fortunately it was treated and I was out of danger. That time I learnt that life is unpredictable and I will live my life to the fullest to fulfill my passion & living dream of happy family.
As women we limit ourselves but if we check history there are many brave women took a first step and fought for getting into education, voting rights, freedom with courage earlier, as a result, today we all women are equal, educated and financially independent.
I would like to tell all ladies out there that’s please don’t stop fighting for your dreams. Women needs to be financially independent, no matter who is our father, husband and brother is. We don’t need to fit in the box. It’s our birthright to make own choices & be independent and happy.
What is our brave step for betterment of next generation? So together let’s be there for each other without judgement & take that one step by creating opportunities for all ladies to live with self-respect and strength.
Ladies you all are already winner and I would like to dedicate my crown to those who don’t give up on their dreams.
We all women & men together make this world more beautiful & divine place. We can coexist beautifully if we remember our true sense, true nature which is love & compassion.
Sky is our limit. Finding Balance, time management in life is a key. If I can do it ladies than you all, do it.
I won pageant when my baby was just 6 plus months old. Yes, I had to overcome all obstacles. I lost 30-pound weight, started doing yoga, eating healthy diet. It’s possible for everyone if we take care of our physical, mental health and ultimately able to contribute to society whenever possible.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Challenges are part of life. They are meant to help us know who we are, they can hit our weakness but unlock our true strengths. There is no other way to know our actual potential and personal growth.
For me being a new mom in postpartum phase was really challenging because of my post-pregnancy weight gain, severe back pain, mood swings, full-time job, High BP, and plantar fasciitis condition which causes leg pain so managing baby, housework, and my health was difficult. I gained lot of weight.
So, one day I looked at the mirror and felt inside that it wasn’t me, I am much more than this. So that day decided to challenge myself to become fit and happy version of myself. So decided to participate in beauty pageant to challenge myself and started working on my health and fitness.
I have Participated in pageant events for the reason to prove a point that Mothers can also have dreams and have potential to fulfill them.
After giving birth I had to go through one life-threatening condition ‘Postpartum preeclampsia’ which can lead to strokes, seizures n death but fortunately it was treated and I was out of danger. That time I learnt that life is unpredictable and I will live my life to the fullest to fulfill my passion & living dream of happy family.
What works for me is planning and time management.
I started drinking plenty of water, eating healthy protein-rich food, started doing Suryanamaskar yoga, and meditation, and lost 30 pounds weight in just 2 months with discipline and determination.
Ladies no one will give you opportunities but you need to go out and grab one for yourself and work hard on those opportunities because they come once in a while, make something of yourself. Be independent and fearless. Don’t let anyone tell you what you can’t do. Believe in yourself, believe in higher power. Work on your dreams as It’s already written in your will to get what you want with discipline and good intention to help society.
I think all my hard work paid off when I won pageant winner crown and I was representing all new moms and women with dreams. I got many modeling offers and opportunities.
My heartfelt gratitude to Rashmi Bedi who is CEO of pageant event, who explain me beauty pageants are not just about your beauty & body but it’s all about your attitude, your personality, and the confidence you have in yourself, it’s about being able to inspire and influence other people with your journey. Again, my family has been my backbone throughout this journey.
Society will always judge women no matter what we do but remember there is only one unique you. Don’t give up on your dreams.
I love this Jim Rohn quote “If you are not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary”
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I work in medical profession field. Currently, I am working as a Research Scientist. I am a Life wellness and empowerment coach and dance teacher also.
I love to explore new things for the personal growth.
I want to be limitless and take brave steps to break the stereotypes to become a powerful woman entrepreneur & opened many doors, and opportunities for all other women to grow so I can impact positively in the society through my work.
As a medical professional, as a Scientist, I love to contribute in improving patients’ health and life by carefully reviewing medicines, and nutrition and formulating best medicinal product for the patient. I love my job where I can contribute to patients’ health safety and improvement.
As per my life coach services, I like to spread mental health awareness and help client unlock their potential and empower them. That’s most satisfying job to see people feeling inspired and confident by using tools I gave them during sessions.
Dance is my passion and I performed in many events in London, Europe, and USA with my dance team.
My mission is to contribute towards society by helping the underprivileged, creating mental awareness, and help as much as I can to make this planet better place.
I like to challenge myself to become better version of me.
What sets me apart from others is my bounce-back capacity after any setback, my persistent efforts to achieve goals which I set for myself, of course, my time management skills and never give up attitude helps me a lot.
I believe that Failure is inevitable but then learn from it & rise above it by moving on in life. Just don’t stop or get stuck because of failure but move on, work hard and just rise like the phoenix.
Success tastes much better after failure and we get to know our actual unlimited potential.
