We feel that we are forward-thinking businesswomen who joined forces to create a sophisticated lifestyle personal concierge service aimed at helping individuals reclaim their most valuable asset: time. We recognized the growing demand for assistance in managing daily tasks, so we launched a business that offers a contemporary solution to the age-old problem of time scarcity. Our brand, a modern reinterpretation of the traditional butler concept, embodies our commitment to providing bespoke, personalized services for our clients.
We are driven by a spirit of innovation, and we are constantly exploring new ways to expand our business, reach a wider audience, and adapt to the evolving needs of clients. Despite being a new player in the industry, we are dedicated to refining operations, finding our unique market niche, and establishing ourselves as leaders in the modern concierge service realm.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Launching a business from the ground up is an immense undertaking that requires us to hone in on our diverse skill sets and a willingness to take on multiple roles. We have gained invaluable experience by personally handling every aspect of our venture, from crafting our brand identity and designing our website to pitching our services to potential clients.

Angela’s background as a former chef instructor and abstract artist infuses our business with unique and vibrant creativity. Paired with Tiffany’s expertise in business sales and marketing, we form a dynamic duo, offering more than just a standard errand running service. Our combined skill sets enable us to provide a comprehensive suite of services, including event planning, gifting, personal shopping, holiday decor, household management, travel arrangements, and campus concierge services for SMU college students.
What sets us apart is our commitment to delivering turnkey solutions and providing our clients with the total package of convenience and luxury. We take pride in our ability to curate personal and exquisite services and experiences, a service that embodies our dedication to offering a truly bespoke experience.
