Today we’d like to introduce you to Ahmed Saleh. 

Hi Ahmed, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Hello, My name is Ahmed Saleh, born 11/09/1992  from Egypt, and I live in the States right now, I have started working out sense 2015 for the first two years I was all about learning more about nutrition and workouts so I can benefit myself and then started to be more of a lifestyle and then started to coach people I have helped a lot to achieve targets from losing weight building a healthy fit body’s and life the healthy lifestyle, after 2 year’s started my athletic journey, competed in many shows in Egypt where I am from and around the Middle East, with the time and putting in the work started to be more known in fitness industry and want to explore more so 2021 moved my life to the states, and started to compete in the state the first show I have done was battle of taxes 2021 , won the show and the overall, also won Arnold Classic AM in Columbus Ohio March 2023, I do love my lifestyle discipline is my biggest flex, without discipline I wouldn’t have made it and the Journey still going, I’m doing it until I make it and be Best Men’s Physuqie athlete in the world by winning, Mr. Olympia, God willing. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Ohh the road wasn’t easy there’s a lot of ups and downs, from life to relationships to struggles, but as I always say if you got no discipline, you won’t make it it’s that simple. 

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m Men’s physique competitor; what I do simply is dieting and working hard with a schedule day by day, also I am a tech guy, so I work in banking field, maintaining my life between my job and my sport is big deal for me, as a successful athlete you have to be a successful man in your life, and I’m very proud of myself with this.

One thing I would like to share with the readers don’t lose hope discipline your life and focus on your goals. If you don’t do it for yourself, you won’t do it for anyone.
