Hi Alleah, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
The start of my entrepreneurship journey began back in 2021. I was freshly post-partum with my second son within a 2 year time period.
Facing post-partum depression, lack of self identity, and purpose, I had a deep desire to rediscover my new self.
I genuinely wanted to create a life or meaning and purpose and to honestly feel good again, despite all of the changes I was experiencing in my life at the time.
Unfortunately, my mental health had hit a hard place, being so consumed with motherhood. I felt as if I had lost myself and wanted to redirect my focus to something that genuinely brought me joy and passion.
I had been documenting my motherhood journey online for family and friends on social media so they could keep up with the kids and what was going on in our lives and it became a new found interest of mine.
I wanted to discover the world of social media further, so I began managing social media platforms for local businesses. (Social Media Management)
Being invested in the production and execution of social media content online, this was the beginning of my digital media/marketing career.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The process of building a creative business from scratch is no easy task itself, and balancing being a full time stay at home mom on top of that became extremely challenging.
Maintaining a household, struggling with post-partum depression/anxiety, and trying to build and nurture this new business took a lot of intentionality.
Getting clarity on my priorities and goals within my business, and creating functional systems to help operate them in a manageable way was a complete game changer in my journey.
Eliminating distractions, and tackling tasks one by one by one, and giving myself grace is what kept me going.

Discovering my deep passion for creating on social media has unlocked so many other areas of creativity in my life.
I began freelancing as a social media manager, managing social media platforms for businesses and noticed a gap within the industry.
There was such a lack of ACTUAL content that delivered the brands messaging, visually in a way that attracted their target audience.
Thats when I began offering photo and short form video services (Photography and Short Form Content Services) to assist my clients with creating better content that aligned with their brand.
From there, things have evolved into assisting creatives in creating their own passion filled creative businesses, from scratch, (Creative Business Consulting).
This has been so rewarding, especially considering the fact that I have started my own creative business and it has brought so much passion, purpose, and creativity into my life, that I love being able to assist and witness others do the same
Utilizing my skills as a social media manager, creative consultant, and content creator, I began offering Content Marketing services to help creators and business owners create content on social media.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Theres no secret that the Social Media industry is developing rapidly and predicted to hit 251.45 BILLION by the end of 2024.
Trends are constantly changing and evolving thats why conducting regular thorough market research is so important to stay on top of the latest updates and shifts.
As a creative, there is always the opportunity to be innovative and bring new ideas and value to the community.
I believe that if you stay connected, and consistent with your craft and be intentional about coming up with fresh ideas to reach your target market, it will bring endless opportunities.
