Ashley, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was born in Seattle and relocated frequently as a child, which taught me early on that a home is more than just a transaction—it’s a chapter of your life. After graduating from Washington State University and ultimately settling in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, I turned that perspective into a career built on empathy, clarity, and results.
With a background in mortgage lending, I bring something most agents can’t: a true understanding of both sides of the deal. I demystify financing, cut through the noise, and tell you exactly what you need to know.
Today, I serve buyers and sellers across North Texas as a Top Agent and Sales Director at The Agency Frisco, delivering an elevated experience designed to make every move seamless.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. If I’m being honest, it’s been ups and downs, and more downs than I’d like to admit. It took a lot of perseverance and belief in myself to keep going when things felt uncertain.
I made the decision to leave my corporate job and go all in on real estate years ago, which was both exciting and incredibly challenging. There were times early on when I went months without a paycheck, questioning if I had made the right move, but I stayed consistent, kept showing up, and trusted the process.
Today, I’ve built a strong, consistent client base and gained the experience that allows my clients to have full confidence in my ability to deliver top results. Those harder seasons shaped how I show up now, and they’re a big part of what sets me apart.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a top real estate agent in North Texas, ranked among the top 1%. I also serve as a Sales Director at The Agency Frisco, where I have the opportunity to pour into other agents and help them grow and scale their businesses.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I’ve always been outgoing, a little loud, and the one trying to make everyone laugh. Growing up as one of seven siblings, with an older brother who taught me how to be tough, I learned early how to hold my own. My father instilled in me an incredible work ethic, which still drives everything I do today.
