Hi Ashleyn, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My name is Ashleyn Ropero, and I’m a proud Latina. I was born in Galveston, Texas, and I have Mexican and Cuban blood in me. My journey to the runway has been one of passion, determination, and growth. From a young age, I always dreamed of being a model. I was shy, unsure of where to start, but people often told me I had the look—the long legs and strong features—yet I didn’t know how to turn those compliments into something real.
Eventually, my mom saw my potential and enrolled me in Bloomig Modeles Academy. That was the turning point. It helped me gain the confidence I needed and gave me the tools to step into the world of modeling. I learned how to walk, pose, and truly embrace my own beauty.
Since then, modeling has taken me across the world, walking in fashion shows, meeting incredible creatives, and experiencing different cultures through fashion. Each opportunity has shaped me and fueled my passion even more.
What started as a little girl’s dream has become my reality—and I’m just getting started.
I’m deeply grateful to God for guiding me, my parents for their unwavering support, my family for always being my foundation, and Bloomig Modeled Academy for believing in me and helping me take those first crucial steps into my purpose.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Yes and no. While modeling has been a dream come true, it hasn’t always been easy. I started off shy and unsure of myself, and there were definitely challenges along the way. But through it all, my faith has been my foundation, and I’ve learned that perseverance is key. I never gave up, even when things got tough. With the support of my family, faith, and Blooming Modeles Academy, I’ve been able to push through and keep growing.

I am a lash tech specializing in creating customized, high-quality eyelash extensions that enhance the natural beauty of my clients. My focus is on delivering precision and care in every application, ensuring that each set is tailored to suit individual eye shapes and personal preferences. My goal is to provide a flawless, long-lasting look that helps my clients feel confident and beautiful.
What sets me apart is my dedication to building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. I take the time to listen to their needs and ensure that each set of lashes is not only beautiful but also comfortable and personalized. I’m most proud of the positive feedback I receive from my clients, especially when they express how my work makes them feel more confident and radiant. Seeing the joy my lashes bring to others is the most rewarding part of what I do.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned along my journey, both as a model and a lash tech, is the power of perseverance and to never give up. There have been many challenges and moments of doubt, but I’ve learned that staying consistent, trusting the process, and pushing through adversity are essential to growth. Whether it’s perfecting my walk on the runway, enhancing my lash technique, or building my confidence, each challenge has taught me something valuable. Patience, faith, and a commitment to always improving have been the driving forces behind my success.
