Today we’d like to introduce you to Brooke Whatley.
Brooke , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I have a background in the dealership and corporate world and a lifelong passion for motorcycles and vintage stuff. Prior to the beginning of 2026 I would attend events and sell my stuff on a much smaller scale along side my husband and his side business Dry County Moto. At the beginning of this year I left the corporate grind and went all in growing my passion for vintage goods and motorcycles. I started out of a hope chest my grandfather made me when I was a baby to house my items listed and now operate out of a building that is few hundred sq. feet. My business is online only, and I attend as many markets as possible, which I truly love, it allows me to interact with my customers on a more personal level rather through my online platform.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Over all it has been pretty smooth, the natural growth has been good to me and I am taking it one bite at a time.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I scour every nook and cranny across the United States and curate unique vintage items for my customers I am known for my vintage beer, bikes & babes. I carry quite a bit of motorcycle culture which goes hand in hand with vintage bar/beer memorabilia, tattoos, and all the vintage babes along with that.
I am most proud of my ability to source things from all over and display them like they have always lived together and go together.
What sets me apart is my relationships I have built with my customers, I am not just another store to buy stuff. I absolutely love learning about why someone is purchasing a specific item and where it is headed. As well as the interactions I get with people at markets, where an item I have strikes a memory and they share that special moment with me.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I am an 80s baby and the 90s raised me, so I grew up with a lot of MTV, cassette tapes, junk food & freedom. I was always a tom boy, out getting pulled around on roller blades behind a bike, or playing Nintendo 64 as much as humanly possible. My grandfather would call me “Babbling Brooke” which always annoyed me because I thought of myself as being quiet and reserved but now looking back I have always been one to not go with the normal and have a voice for myself.
