Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Well I have always loved the beauty industry, I went to barber school previously and found myself wanting to try something new. So I took to lashes after seeing so much talk about it online, I practiced for weeks at home and then took a class. And I have been doing it ever since and I love it! I love enhancing beauty.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The first few months were a struggle, I wasn’t where I wanted to be and I wanted more clients. I had to tell myself to keep practicing and that greatness takes time. Patience is definitely key.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I do lash extensions, I specialize in volume extensions. I am most proud of how far I’ve come and proud of the patience I’ve had. What sets me apart from others is really my love and appreciation of my clients, I’m always on time, I take my time to ensure my clients leave more than pleased, and my humbleness; it’s not about the money for me but about how I make others feel about themselves.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I would say my patience is a characteristic that is most important to my success because everything takes time and practice. I know that I will get to where I want to be at the perfect time, God’s time.
