Today we’re excited to be connecting with Elder Author Brandie Pyburn again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Elder Author Brandie, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
I am Elder Brandie Pyburn—an author, spiritual leader, and community builder. As a Marriage Counselor and Spiritual Life Coach, I guide individuals and families in faith-based growth and healing. I founded Sisterhood Through God’s Plan Ministries and its nonprofit to create a supportive network for women, emphasizing faith, empowerment, and service.
My journey has been one of deep faith, resilience, and purpose. With a background in Business Management and Human Resources and my ongoing Master’s of Divinity studies, I have blended leadership with my calling to ministry. As an Elder and Pastor called to Apostle nations, I am committed to teaching, equipping, and sending out disciples to impact the world.
As an author of Broken, Betrayals, and Judgement, I share wisdom and personal experiences to inspire transformation. My brand is rooted in authenticity, truth, and a mission to teach, uplift, and serve. Through my podcast, writing, and ministry, I continue to impact lives, creating a legacy of faith-driven leadership and community empowerment.
Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
Lately, I’ve been making big strides in multiple areas of my life. I’m actively working toward my Master’s and Doctorate degrees, which has been both challenging and rewarding. Writing remains a huge focus, and I’m excited to be releasing more powerful novels and content that reflect my journey and the lessons God continues to teach me.
I’m also revamping my podcast and YouTube channel to reach a wider audience with messages of faith, healing, and empowerment. Alongside that, I’m re-establishing my online group, STGP, Inc., to create a stronger community of support and growth.
On a personal level, I’ve been in a season of healing—recovering from a painful relationship and overcoming the betrayal of friendships. But through it all, God has been my foundation, and I’m learning to trust His plans more than ever.
Excitingly, I’m planning conferences to promote and uplift others in ministry, creating spaces for collaboration and spiritual growth. And on a completely joyful note, I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of my third grandchild!
This journey is constantly evolving, and while it has its challenges, I’m embracing each step with faith and expectation. I know God is leading me exactly where I need to be.

Was there a moment in your career that you can tell us about that illustrates or demonstrates the kind of person you are, your approach, ethos, etc.
One defining moment in my career that truly illustrates who I am happened when I first stepped into my calling as a spiritual leader and mentor. I was working with a young woman who had been deeply wounded by life abuse, rejection, and an overwhelming sense of unworthiness weighed her down. She was on the verge of giving up, convinced that God had no purpose for her.
Instead of just offering words of encouragement, I walked alongside her. I didn’t just preach to her; I listened. I prayed with her, helped her process her pain, and showed her that she was valued not just by me, but by God. Over time, I watched her transform she found healing, strength, and, most importantly, faith. Today, she’s thriving, helping others who have walked a similar path.
This experience solidified my approach to ministry and life I believe in meeting people where they are, loving them through their struggles, and empowering them to step into the purpose God has for them. I don’t just teach I walk with people through their healing, their doubts, and their victories. That’s the heart of everything I do.
