Today we’d like to introduce you to Hannah Hardie
Hi Hannah, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started in Community Theatre when I was six years old with acting and singing on stage. My love and passion for the arts has always been instilled in me ever since I was a little girl. I started singing in church as a little girl as well. I continued to be involved in the arts all throughout Middle School, HighSchool, and College. I was able to be apart of so many great projects in my college and one my last year of college I had my first professional audition and booked my first professional gig my first professional gig right before I graduated college. Since then I have been traveling the USA Singing and Acting professionally and I am so excited for so many future projects to come my way. I have had great mentors, teachers, and leaders help me get to where I am today and could have not done any of what I’ve accomplished without their help, support, and guidance.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This road for me has not been smooth at all. I have faced a lot of setbacks, financial setbacks, roadblocks, discouragement, and so many failures but I keep going amidst what I’ve faced through failures. I never realized how hard the industry was until I booked my first gig in Las Vegas and saw how competitive the industry was. The only smooth part of this road for me has been letting my passion for the arts just guide me to where I need to be.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I have been singing, acting and dancing professionally for the past three years and I have been working on side projects like working in the music studio and working in film sets as well. I am mostly known for my voice and my love for music. I am most proud of how far I’ve come and how extremely hard I have worked too be where I am today. What sets me apart from others is even if something is so challenging I will not back down. I will go full speed ahead if I see a challenge that I can conquer.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The characteristic that is most important to my success is diversity inside of me. I am a naturally diverse person and and I am always willing to try new things and to learn new things. Being diverse has helped me do a lot of things that I never thought I was capable of.
