Daily Inspiration: Meet Keneshia Lindsey-Green

Today we’d like to introduce you to Keneshia Lindsey-Green.

Hi Keneshia, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I am a visionary leader who builds and impact through education, creativity, and community. My journey began in the classroom as an educator, where I saw how representation, mentorship, and access can fundamentally change lives. That experience sparked a mission beyond traditional spaces and led me to founding Women & Men of All Color Connect, an organization committed to unity, act of service, leadership development, and sustainable empowerment across diverse communities.

My work is also rooted in storytelling and influence. I am the author of “The Monster Within”, a bold and powerful exploration of inner conflict, healing, and self-mastery that shape our growth and healing. Which is available on Amazon and Kindle. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GG578BKV?ref_=rekindleQV&nodl=0

As a voice actress in the film industry and a model, I use creative platforms to redefine narratives, elevate representation, and inspire authenticity—demonstrating that purpose and presence can coexist.

Legacy drives everything I do. As a mentor and life coach, I invest in the next generation, “Inspiring Mini Bright Minds”—equipping youth with confidence, resilience, and vision.

As a mother, my work is deeply personal. my leadership extends beyond my career. Motherhood has deepened my sense of responsibility, sharpened my purpose, and strengthened my commitment to building environments where children are not only supported, but seen, protected, and empowered to thrive. My work is guided by the understanding that the example I set and model today shapes the leaders of tomorrow where the next generation is empowered to lead without limitation.

Each role I hold—educator, founder, author, artist, model, mentor, and mother—is interconnected by one mission: to lead boldly, amplify voices, and create lasting impact that transcends boundaries.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No journey worth taking is ever completely smooth, and mine is no exception—but every challenge has fueled my purpose, strengthened my resilience, and inspired me to lift others as I rise. Balancing life as an educator, founder, mother, writer, and creative professional has taught me that obstacles aren’t roadblocks—they’re opportunities to grow, lead, and create lasting impact in the lives of others.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a visionary leader and storyteller who builds impact across education, community, and creative industries.

I specialize in mentorship, youth development, and storytelling, using my work to amplify voices and inspire people of all ages to embrace their potential. I’m especially proud of my mentoring program what I call “Inspiring Mini Bright Minds”, helping the younger generation cultivate confidence, resilience, and purpose—and seeing the tangible impact of that guidance in their lives.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge creativity, leadership, and service. I don’t just educate, write, or mentor—I create meaningful experiences that empower people, redefine narratives, and leave lasting impact across communities.

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
Yes! I rely on a mix of books, podcasts, sermons, and apps that help me grow and stay inspired. I can truly say that I read a lot on leadership, personal development, and creativity, and I follow podcasts and blogs that share real-world experiences and lessons from people leading with purpose. I also use apps to stay organized, track goals, and maintain balance—especially important while juggling roles as a mother, educator, writer, and creative professional. Overall, I gravitate toward resources that challenges the mind, focuses on reality, keep me resilient, and help me show up as my best self every day.
