Today we’d like to introduce you to Kloe (Jeeun) Lee.
Hi Kloe (Jeeun), thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
It’s been a little over a year since I started working independently as HAIR BY KLOE, because I wanted to stay true to myself.
I’m so grateful for everyone who has come to see me, though I’ve always felt a little sorry that my current space is on the smaller side 🥹
That’s why I decided to create a salon where designers can also feel happy and inspired at work.
After searching for the right spot for a long time, I finally found the perfect one!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been an easy path. Building my career independently came with many challenges, from establishing a loyal clientele from scratch to learning how to manage both the creative and business sides of the industry on my own.
There were moments of uncertainty, especially in the early stages, when growth felt slow and I had to continuously prove my skills and vision. However, those challenges pushed me to work harder, stay consistent, and truly connect with my clients.
Over time, that dedication paid off. I’m incredibly grateful for the loyalty and trust my clients have shown me, and those experiences shaped not only my career but also who I am as a professional today.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I began my creative journey in New York, where I studied Fashion Design, graduated 4 years program in FIT and spent my college years immersed in the city’s fashion culture. After graduating, I worked with several high-end fashion brands, which deeply shaped my eye for color, balance, texture, and personal style.
When I transitioned into hair in Dallas, that background became my greatest strength. I don’t approach hair simply as a technical service—I see it as wearable design. My work is heavily influenced by fashion, individual proportions, and lifestyle, which allows me to create hair color and designs that feel refined, intentional, and truly personal rather than trend-driven.
I specialize in customized color, especially dimensional blondes, ash tones, and lived-in, sophisticated looks that enhance a client’s overall image. I’m known for my ability to translate fashion sensibility into hair—creating results that feel elevated, modern, and effortlessly stylish.
What I’m most proud of is building a loyal clientele who trust my vision and feel more confident and aligned with themselves after sitting in my chair. What sets me apart is my design-driven perspective: every detail matters, and no two clients ever receive the same approach. My goal is always to create hair that looks beautiful not just on day one, but as part of a client’s everyday life.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
The most important quality behind my success is my genuine commitment to client satisfaction, paired with clear and thoughtful communication. I believe great results begin with truly listening—understanding my clients’ needs, lifestyle, and expectations before ever starting the service.
I’m deeply passionate about what I do, and I genuinely enjoy the creative process. That energy translates into my work and the overall experience I provide. Because clients feel heard, cared for, and confident in the process, they develop trust—not just in the final result, but in me as a professional.
That trust is what allows me to consistently deliver strong outcomes and build long-term relationships with my clients.
