Hi Latesha, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I’ve been in the fitness industry 8 years ago which marks the start of my journey the journey has come with so many opportunities where I’ve meet so many amazing people with all different backgrounds in fitness which means I’ve gotten to learn tons of knowledgeable information, I would say consistency hard work and dedication, not being afraid to try new things and meet new people has gotten me to where I am now and having a vision of what I want to be known for which is where my fitness line comes into place, I launched sofemfit last year February 2021 my line is currently available to women of all shapes and sizes with the hottest cutest form fitting and comfortable apparel available.. I’m the near future I hope to expand the line to offer men’s and kids’ clothing.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Sales, income to finance the business knowing how to run a business meaning the marketing and the business side of it and feeling like you don’t have the support from those in your inner circle, also finding your target audience !!
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I work in the medical field and have for years, I love helping others being an open ear, helping those get the care they need so they can have a full filling life
We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
Just because we are in a pandemic and it seems like the world is upside down, with all the chaos going on everywhere doesn’t mean we have to give up or shut down our goals and dreams , honestly during the pandemic was one of my most successful years in business!
