Today we’d like to introduce you to Nadia Satcher.
Hi Nadia, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
In 2017 I went to job corp in McKinney, Texas, I met so many different wonderful people and grew bonds with them even on levels where I always gave good advice which led me into creating my own mentor group. I had a passion for helping people and being their voice, So i decided to take what it is that I know and turn it into something positive and share it with the world. ”What’s Really Tea Podcast” has became a life changer for me because not only can I use my voice but I can also be the voice for others. I just want to make a difference in the world! Sometimes you have to be that change, you never know who needs to hear a message. My podcast is most definitely my safe place…
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, everything is falling into place as planned, I have so much in stores to share with the world. The roads has not been easy but i’m still pressing my way through. Nothing is too big or too small that I can’t handle. You just have to stay prayed up and keep it pushing. What’s meant for you will be for you!

I currently work for amazon and im a part-time caregiver. I’m currently an undergraduate in college and I’m known for my amazing personality and big beautiful smile, I can light up a whole room just by my smile. I’m most proud of the women that i’ve become and being a great mother and role model to my beautiful 6 year old daughter. What sets me apart from others is that i’m a quick learner, and my ability to adapt to new situations helps me stay ahead.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Finding a mentor can be game changing for you but it takes more time and effort. I’ve been networking with a lot of different people trying to see which direction I want to go. You just have to know the right people to help get you on the right track you’re trying to take. No one said it will be easy just always remember that it starts with you!
