Hi Rapunzel, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
That’s my cup of tea: delicious food with a dash of creativity!
My passion for cooking large quantities of food was inspired by growing up in a family with a large appetite and a festive style of celebrating.
I’m Rapunzel Parcon, the founder and proprietor of Sinfully Delish Cakes, Sweet, Desserts, and Filipino Food Catering. Born and raised in the Visayan region of the Philippines, Iloilo City. A wife and mother of 2 wonderful children, Nathan and Natalie.
I have been in business for the last 5 years and it’s been a wonderful and interesting journey. I wanna say that this has always been my dream and fulfilling it is the most rewarding for me as far my career goes. It is rewarding because I love what I do, and it gives me a tremendous amount of pleasure when my clients’ comeback to me and say that they were happy and love the food and the experience they had with me. Without my husband’s Help Jerome Lintag and my Team, I cannot run this business alone.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It’s never easy running the show, especially when I just starting the business. When I started Sinfully Delish, I dealt with my fair share struggles. Sometimes I had to come up with new ideas. Most of the time, I never saw hurdles coming on my way until I had tripped right over them, but the good thing is always learned how to get back up because I believe that in everything it doesn’t matter how many times you trip or fail, it is the moment you get back up and move forward is the most important!

We do offer the full catering services, Custom Cakes, and Full Event Planning Services.
We love surprises, fun facts, and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
I always love to surprise my customers and come up with new ideas and treats that I want to make sure they would love and never forget. Some of our specialty creations are Ube Cake (purple yum), Mango Overload Cake, Customs Cakes, and Also our Bestseller Krispy Kare-Kare and Original Kapampangan Sisig.
