Daily Inspiration: Meet Rupali And Kapil Apshankar

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rupali And Kapil Apshankar.

Hi Rupali and Kapil, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Blissvana grew out of our own lived experience.

For many years, our lives looked very different on the surface. We were deeply immersed in the corporate world, leading complex technology and transformation initiatives for global organizations. On the inside though, we were always drawn to the inner world: emotional healing, intuition, and helping people navigate life’s transitions with compassion and clarity. On paper, those paths didn’t seem connected, but in real life, they were quietly shaping the same question for both of us: Is there a more conscious, aligned way to live and work?

Our personal healing journeys eventually brought us to hypnosis, subconscious work, and transformational coaching. First as clients, then as students. What mattered to us was not shortcuts or surface-level positivity, but work that actually helped people feel safe in their bodies, understand their patterns, and create lasting change from the inside out. We trained deeply and responsibly, becoming board-certified clinical hypnotists, certified instructors, and Heal Your Life® coaches, learning how to guide people through emotional healing, regression work, and self-awareness with care and integrity.

At some point, people started finding us. Not because we were trying to build a brand, but because they resonated with how we worked. Calm. Grounded. Practical. Deep. That’s when Blissvana took shape.

Our mission is to help people come home to themselves. We support individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and we help them reconnect with their inner intelligence, release old emotional imprints, and move forward with clarity and self-trust. We also train and mentor practitioners who want to do this work ethically and skillfully, without bypassing or fluff.

Blissvana is not about separating spirituality from real life. It’s about integration: bringing awareness, healing, and compassion into everyday living. Everything we offer is rooted in experience, presence, and respect for each person’s unique journey.

Looking back, Blissvana doesn’t feel like something we set out to “create.” It feels like something that naturally emerged when we stopped compartmentalizing who we were and allowed our work to reflect our values, our growth, and our desire to serve.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road.

One of the biggest challenges was learning to trust a path that didn’t fit into a neat box. Both of us came from worlds where credentials, titles, and clear milestones mattered. Stepping into work that is more intuitive, relational, and experience-based required us to unlearn a lot, especially the need for external validation and certainty.

Another challenge was integration. We weren’t trying to escape our professional lives or reinvent ourselves overnight. Building Blissvana while honoring family responsibilities, existing careers, and personal growth meant moving slowly and intentionally. There were long stretches where progress felt invisible, and we had to trust that consistency mattered more than speed.

We also had to navigate misconceptions around healing work. There’s a lot of noise in this space, and not all of it is grounded or pragmatic. Staying committed to depth, integrity, and proper training sometimes meant saying no to trends, shortcuts, or opportunities that didn’t align with our values.

Perhaps the most meaningful challenge was internal. Growth asks you to face your own patterns before you guide others. Every expansion of Blissvana required us to do our own inner work first: to listen better, communicate more honestly, and stay anchored in presence rather than pressure.

What helped us through was partnership. We leaned on each other, stayed open to learning, and reminded ourselves that this work is not about perfection. It’s about showing up with care, humility, and commitment, every day over and over again.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At Blissvana, our work centers on helping people create meaningful, lasting change by working at the level where real patterns live, the subconscious.

We specialize in hypnosis, subconscious healing, emotional integration, and transformational coaching. Our work supports people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are ready to understand themselves more deeply rather than just manage symptoms. We guide clients through processes that help them feel safe within themselves, release old emotional imprints, and reconnect with clarity, self-trust, and purpose.

In practical terms, people come to us for help with very real, everyday challenges. We work with concerns such as emotional eating and weight management, low self-esteem, inner child healing, stress and anxiety, insomnia, habit change including smoking, and difficulty staying consistent with personal goals. We also support clients who want to improve focus, confidence, performance, and mindset; whether that’s in their personal lives, careers, relationships, or creative pursuits. Our approach helps people shift the underlying subconscious patterns that drive these behaviors, so change feels natural and sustainable rather than forced.

We are also deeply involved in teaching and mentoring. As certified instructors and Heal Your Life® coaches, we train aspiring and experienced practitioners who want to work responsibly and skillfully in this field. A big part of our work is helping practitioners develop confidence, ethical foundations, and presence, not just techniques.

What we are most proud of is the quality of transformation we see, both in our clients and in the professionals we train. People often tell us they feel genuinely seen and supported in our sessions, not rushed or fixed. That matters to us.

What sets us apart is how grounded our work is. We blend structure with intuition, practical frameworks with inner awareness. We do not chase trends or shortcuts. Every process we offer is something we have experienced ourselves, refined over time, and continue to evolve. Blissvana is built on integrity, depth, and respect for each person’s unique journey, and that foundation shows in the work we do.

People who are curious about subconscious work, hypnosis, or deeper personal change are welcome to reach out and learn more about what we offer at Blissvana.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something that surprises many people is how grounded and ordinary our day-to-day life actually is.

Because we work in healing and transformational spaces, people often assume we are always in a heightened or mystical state. The truth is, our work is deeply practical. We value routines, quiet mornings, thoughtful conversations, and staying present with family just as much as any formal practice. A lot of our clarity comes not from doing more, but from slowing down and listening.

Another thing people don’t always realize is how much structure supports our work. Behind the intuitive, experiential side of Blissvana is a lot of reflection, study, and intentional design. We are constantly learning, refining our processes, and making sure what we offer is grounded, ethical, and truly helpful.

Most of all, people are often surprised to learn that we are still very much students ourselves. We don’t see growth as something you complete or master. We continue to do our own inner work, ask hard questions, and evolve alongside the people we serve. That humility keeps our work honest and alive.
