Daily Inspiration: Meet Sydney Minor

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sydney Minor.

Hi Sydney, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I always knew that I would be in the service industry, I just was not sure how! I graduated from the University of North Texas fall of 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations & Marketing. Quickly after, I began real estate school at Champions School of Real Estate. After getting licensed and joining a brokerage, I jumped right in and starting reaching out to friends and family letting them know that I was officially a realtor. The rest was history!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Anything worth having is worth overcoming obstacles for! Being a realtor has not been a walk in the park. Just like most business owners, I started out slow in the beginning with very little traction. When you are an agent, there is a lot of out-of-pocket expense just to get on your feet and get noticed. But, because of how hard I work for my clients, my business is full speed ahead now solely based on referrals.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a realtor that serves the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers. I am best known for providing excellent customer service and care that is simply unmatched. I am passionate about what I do and reviews from my clients certainly reflect this. I am most proud of ability to guide my clients in their home search in this very tough seller’s market. I believe my work ethic sets me apart from other agents.

Any big plans?
In the future, I plan to continue to help as many families as possible in their home search!
