Hi Thomas, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Life has not always been easy for me, most of my life, I have struggled to make ends meet. I started out as an iron worker, missing out on a lot of my kids events and life, I then moved into being a crane operator making money and dreams for other people. As a crane operator, you have no idea when you get off or when you will be home. During covid, I was laid off and ended up losing my job. I decided I wanted to start working for myself, my future, and my families dreams and hopes. After having extensive discussions with my wife, we decided to create our own crane company and work for myself.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it has not always been a smooth road. Stress, building a company from the ground up without any investors or financial support, not knowing how to obtain more customers and build a successful business. Knowing that the wrong decisions could destroy the company and lead to financial ruins. Pouring hours into building the business, often missing out on family events.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am most proud that my company is based on Biblical Principles. I strive to do the right thing and value all people. The business decisions I make are done with the utmost ethical decisions and high integrity. I specialize in lifting anything that is too heavy or need extra support. I am in the crane business.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I am a certified scuba diver, and student pilot.
