Daily Inspiration: Meet Troi Hall

Today we’d like to introduce you to Troi Hall

Hi Troi, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I grew up watching my mom do hair. She went to cosmetology school, and weekly her clients would come in and out the house. It wasn’t until I went to college where I had to do my own hair is where my innate abilities to style hair ignited. I then did my roommates hair and started being one of the campus hairstylist.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
With building your own business there is always ups and downs. There’s slow months and faster months, but in it all God has been faithful. He has been providing for me since I went full time with hair and makeup in 2021.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a braider and a bridal makeup artist, what sets me apart is that for me it’s not just hair/makeup it’s also a ministry. I’m also in ministry so my motto is you don’t come in the same way you leave. Getting your Hair/ makeup done can be therapy. Telling your stylist things that you don’t normally tell people and just letting out what you’ve been suppressing is a form of therapy, with a judge free environment.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory was probably playing dress up with my 6 sisters growing up.
