Today we’d like to introduce you to Tyler Rutherford.
Hi Tyler, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
We began making music in June of 2023 under the name Feedr in San Angelo, Tx with Tyler, Riley, Aiden, and Logan. Playing local house shows, skate parks, and traveling outside of our local bubble to play shows. Eventually releasing a self titled demo, a single “14”, and two EP’s “Anyways”/ “Anyhow”. In the fall of 2024 we relocated to Austin, Tx and have continued to stay busy recording and performing music. Releasing singles Rochelle, Pyrosis, and Monroe, this year May 15 we are preparing to release our debut album Twice An Easy Jet
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road isn’t easy or hard, we take what we can get and are happy with the outcome

We are Feedr, an Austin, Tx band. Our sounds are comparable to alternative, emo, rock, and grunge. Creating music and art together freely is our proudest achievement, having anyone enjoy it means the world to us
