Daily Inspiration: Meet Victor Phazz Clark

Today we’d like to introduce you to Victor Phazz Clark.

Hi Victor Phazz, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my career as a choreographer, traveling extensively across Japan in cities such as Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Fukuoka. After performing in more than 2,000 live shows, I was inspired to create the very music that fueled my passion for dance and choreography. Using the money I earned, I invested in professional studio recording equipment and quickly established myself as a respected producer and audio engineer within both local and national music scenes.

As my reputation grew, I became highly sought after by advertisers and was commissioned to compose music and jingles for major brands, including Microsoft, McDonald’s, and Pro Line Hair Products.

Now, in 2025, I am working with JVL Media/One Street Prod. as a cinematographer & editor, traveling internationally to Africa, London, and Barbados. Recently, I produced two songs—Forever Green and Levels (featuring Jai Humble)—for Grammy-nominated artist Baba Kuboye’s upcoming album Afroverse. I am also directing Drew Pearson’s new show The Ultimate Hail Mary and composed the score for My Dear, a film by former Dallas Cowboy Greg Ellis, soon to premiere on Netflix.

Looking ahead, I am preparing to release my first pay-per-view concert experience, Phazzanation Concert Series Vol. 1.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The struggles are finding good solid quality people you can work with, people who are loyal that you can trust. It took years but now I have a great wonderful team that I love and respect!

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I was born with immense gifts and a passion for creativity. As a composer, I have built a reputation as an innovative, versatile production powerhouse, offering a wide range of multimedia services including original music production, sound design and foley, editing, 3D logo creation, jingles, as well as directing films and television shows.

I am the CEO of three companies: Phazzanation Studios, ColdNation Records, and the Victor Clark Clothing Company. Phazzanation Studios specializes in audio recording, music production, and visual arts, with a portfolio that spans films, documentaries, and commercials.

Among my proudest accomplishments are the unwavering support of my family and friends, and the release of Autobiography, an album I created with wide receiver Cole Beasley. Our single, 80 Stings, propelled us onto the Billboard charts and marked a major milestone in my career.

What sets me apart is my relentless drive and determination. I am self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to excelling in everything I pursue.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
“You can’t please everyone. Some will be jealous of your blessings, but God’s favor on your life is bigger than their opinions. Keep moving forward with confidence.”
