With over 18 years of experience behind the turntables, I’ve built a reputation as a dynamic and versatile DJ, known for blending multiple genres and creating unforgettable experiences for any crowd. My journey began in 2008, curating music and designing mixtape covers before stepping into live DJing while attending Ole Miss, where I quickly became a staple at house parties, Greek events, and local bars.
During my early career, I expanded into radio, DJing on WUMS 92.1 collegiately and later taking my talents to a professional level on WJZD 94.5.
Since then, I’ve evolved into a well-rounded DJ, performing across a wide range of settings—from high-energy nightlife and weekly residencies at lounges, upscale restaurants, and bars, to weddings, corporate functions, and private events. My ability to seamlessly transition across genres and read the crowd in real time sets me apart, ensuring every set is tailored, engaging, and memorable.
Whether it’s curating a vibe or commanding a packed room, I bring passion, precision, and a signature sound that keeps people moving.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Behind the music and the energy of every set is 18 years of dedication, sacrifice, and resilience. DJing isn’t just about playing songs—it’s a journey filled with challenges that most people never see.
Over the years, I’ve faced the realities that come with the industry: inconsistent payments, nights where the money didn’t match the effort, and times when payments didn’t come on time at all. I’ve experienced residencies shutting down unexpectedly or being replaced without clear reasons, and moments where I was passed over for opportunities despite putting in the work.
There’s also the unseen grind—the countless hours spent studying music across multiple decades, staying current with trends while respecting the classics, and constantly practicing to sharpen my craft. Being versatile across genres isn’t luck—it’s the result of years of discipline and commitment to staying ahead of the curve.
Beyond the booth, maintaining a healthy lifestyle while working late nights, long hours, and unpredictable schedules has been its own challenge. Balancing rest, diet, and performance while still showing up at a high level every time takes real intention.
And through it all, one truth remains: this industry runs on relationships. Networking isn’t optional—it’s essential. Building genuine connections, maintaining professionalism, and staying consistent has been just as important as the music itself.
These experiences didn’t break me—they refined me. They shaped me into not just a DJ, but a professional who understands both the art and the business behind the culture.

I’m a freelance urban contemporary DJ rooted in true turntablism—specializing in vinyl, unique blending techniques, and authentic hip hop scratching. My sound is built on precision, creativity, and a deep respect for the craft, bringing a raw yet refined energy to every set.
What I’m most proud of is my vast knowledge of music—spanning decades, cultures, and continents. Whether it’s national hits or international sounds, I have the ability to seamlessly incorporate any genre into my style, creating a sound that’s both versatile and unforgettable.
What sets me apart is my hunger. I live for this. No matter the format, setting, or equipment, I’m ready to rock. From intimate lounges to high-energy crowds, I adapt, deliver, and elevate the experience every time.

What makes you happy?
If there’s one thing that truly brings me happiness, it’s seeing my children happy. They look up to me, and that means everything. Being able to show them what it looks like to pursue something you genuinely love—to see me doing what I enjoy and giving it my all—creates an example I’m proud of every day.
