Today we’d like to introduce you to William Costen
Hi William, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Being intentional and understanding my purpose I started DJing in 2012, launched Lyfe Show Media in 2019, curated and produced two podcast under the media compnay and recently launched a radio station called Lyfe Show Radio FM.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, not at all. Some of the struggles was financial and just having support period.
I’ve learned that some people don’t like helping to lay the brick for the building….they just want to be in the building! But because I understood what God wanted me to do, I couldn’t let that bother me.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
What I love to do is to be on this mission to serve the people of God. I do this through the entertainment portion of the gospel industry.
What does that look like? I host two podcast, I DJ and have won DJ of the Year as well as doing a little acting.
What sets me apart from others is that I do it for Christ not because it feels right.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Oh yes! I give credit to my wife Nikki (whom I recently just married) for helping and holding me accountable for all things.
I thank my mom and grandma also who recently have passed because they put in the work for me to understand how to be a true servant for Christ and how to treat people.
I thank my church family for supporting me and believing in me.
