Today we’d like to introduce you to Youssef Souryal.

Hi Youssef, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My passion for photography started since I was in high school. Years later, when I stepped into a photo booth at a friends’ wedding, my passion for photography and love for business converged. I immediately initiated a conversation with Thomas from Happy Tiger Photobooth and to learn about the business. He was kind enough to let me shadow an event and I became fond of the idea of capturing people’s special moments as prints so they can be relived forever.
To turn this vision into a reality, I invested in the latest and greatest equipment to guarantee an outstanding service, built the website, and social media presence with the assistance of my friend Karin. This is how DFW Pro Booth was born and got on the path to become one of the best photo booth companies in DFW. By investing in ads early on and leveraging my network, I was able to secure corporate events, private parties, and wedding-related events. These initial events were essential in jumpstarting the business and earning the trust of many of our loyal clients today.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting a business is never a smooth road. Building DFW Pro Booth required overcoming significant technical challenges, from engineering a reliable photo booth system that can be fully operational within minutes to ensuring flawless connectivity at every event. That dedication to quality has paid off: we have maintained a perfect track record, providing every client with a seamless experience free of technical interruptions.
Marketing and search engine optimization can be a challenge. It took considerable effort to establish DFW Pro Booth as one of the best and top-rated photo booth rental companies in the DFW area, ranking organically when customers search for premium photo booth experiences on Google and AI-powered search platforms. Today, that visibility is a testament to the quality of service we deliver at every corporate event, wedding, and private party across Dallas-Fort Worth.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Beyond being the founder of DFW Pro Booth, one of the top-rated photo booth rental companies in Dallas-Fort Worth, I currently work as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Purdue University as Summa Cum Laude, an achievement I take great pride in.
My engineering career has equipped me with the ability to build efficient systems and execute at the highest level, skills that directly translate into how I run DFW Pro Booth. Every decision is driven by an obsession with the customer experience; Doing everything possible to guarantee satisfaction and ensure that every guest has an unforgettable time at their special event. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private party in the DFW area, delivering a seamless, premium photo booth experience is always the standard.
Some of my hobbies would be stock trading, serving my community, and playing pickleball.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that customers will tell you everything you need to know, you just have to listen. From day one, I’ve been attentive to what our clients actually want and then going above and beyond to deliver it. That mindset has shaped every aspect of DFW Pro Booth.
When a bride tells me how much she loves her prints, that pushes me to make the next design even better. When a corporate client raves about the photo quality, I’m already thinking about how to elevate it further. I personally review every print design, test every premium backdrop, and make sure the lighting and camera settings are dialed in before a single guest steps in front of the booth. That level of attention might sound excessive, but to me, it’s the bare minimum.
That same passion is what drove us to launch our new video guestbook experience for customers to collect heartfelt, personal video messages from their guests at weddings, corporate events, and parties across Dallas-Fort Worth. We spent a lot of time perfecting the video and audio quality because those messages aren’t just content; They’re memories that our clients will replay for the rest of their lives. I don’t take that lightly.
At the end of the day, my goal with DFW Pro Booth isn’t just to meet expectations, it’s to exceed them every single time. That’s not a marketing line. That’s just how I’m wired.
