As a licensed nurse practitioner for over 7 years, i ventured into the wellness spa business after noticing a profound need to address and prevent chronic health conditions through comprehensive lifestyle habits and overall wellness. I observed a significant demand within the community for a place that promotes holistic wellness, encompassing not just physical health but also mental and spiritual well-being. This realization inspired the creation of Coco Wellness Spa, a haven dedicated to fostering overall health and vitality.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Opening a business right after COVID was definitely a step of faith. First of all, given the economic crisis, a lot of potential customers are still facing financial uncertainty thereby affecting their consistency with treatments. There has also been a significant shift in the labor market, with many workers reevaluating their careers, leading to retention challenges. Lastly, the necessity for digital transformation has accelerated. We. have to incorporate digital marketing to remain competitive.
