Exploring Life & Business with Alante Hamlett of AIP Studios/ Always In Profit

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alante Hamlett

Hi Alante, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was born in Seattle but spent most of my life growing up in Arizona, where I went to church, school, and made close friends. Arizona shaped my early years, but later, when we moved to El Paso, Texas, I started seeing a bigger picture of what life could offer. I attended one of the largest schools in the area, and it opened my eyes to resources and opportunities I hadn’t seen before. But things took an unexpected turn when I faced challenges that led me down a different path in school. That period was a wake-up call — it forced me to reflect on who I was and who I wanted to become.

In that time, I met people who influenced me in ways I hadn’t expected. Those connections, along with the support of my family, taught me the importance of growth and resilience. I started realizing I wanted to build something meaningful, something that would allow me to be in control of my own future. That’s when I began learning about business skills and financial freedom, and it changed everything. Seeing that I didn’t have to follow a traditional path planted the first seeds of Always in Profit.

Over time, I became deeply committed to this concept of “always in profit,” which wasn’t just about financial gain but about living a life filled with purpose, resilience, and growth. The more I invested in this mindset, the more I saw how powerful it could be, not just for me but for anyone who wanted to pursue something real. That’s when I knew I had to bring it to life as more than an idea.

Eventually, I launched AIP Studios as a space for creators and entrepreneurs to come together, work on their crafts, and grow. Since then, others, including a few dedicated team members, have joined along the way to help build the studio and support. It’s the first branch of the larger Always in Profit vision, a brand that stands for creating value and living with intention. Today, I’m building AIP as a movement where people can be part of a community focused on growth and success in every area of life. This journey hasn’t been easy, but every challenge and connection along the way has pushed me closer to turning this vision into a reality.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It may look smooth the way I pull it off, but it definitely hasn’t been. Building Always in Profit has come with a lot of challenges. When I started, there were people who didn’t believe in the vision, thinking it was just an idea that wouldn’t go anywhere. Then there were the financial pressures, finding the right people who were truly committed, and navigating setbacks along the way.

One of the hardest parts has been learning who I can really trust and who shares the same vision for growth. Balancing everything — from growing the business to maintaining personal relationships — hasn’t been easy either. But each of these challenges has taught me resilience and pushed me to adapt in ways I hadn’t expected.

These struggles are what shaped Always in Profit into a brand about more than just profit; it’s about overcoming obstacles, staying committed, and building something real and lasting.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Always in Profit is more than just a brand; it’s a movement and a mindset. We’re dedicated to helping people grow in every area of their lives, building a community focused on personal development, resilience, and creating value. Our first major venture, AIP Studios, is a creative space where artists, entrepreneurs, and creators come to work on their craft and reach their full potential. At AIP Studios, we specialize in high-quality recording, photography, and videography services, providing an inspiring environment where clients can truly focus on their work.

What sets us apart is our commitment to the idea that anyone can work toward becoming “always in profit.” While AIP Studios doesn’t guarantee financial success, it offers the space, resources, and support for those who are serious about their goals and ready to put in the work. We’re not just a studio — we’re a community where creativity, ambition, and growth come together.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of what Always in Profit stands for. We’re building a name that people can trust to support their personal and professional journeys. Whether it’s through the resources at AIP Studios or the larger vision of AIP as a brand, our goal is to provide a foundation where people can work toward their dreams with a supportive team and the right tools.

For readers who are looking for more than just a place to work — for those who want a space where growth and potential are at the core — Always in Profit and AIP Studios are here to help them invest in themselves and bring their vision to life.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is creating a lasting impact. To me, true success isn’t just measured by financial gains or achievements; it’s about the lives you touch along the way. I want Always in Profit to be more than just a business — I want it to be something people remember because it helped them grow, find purpose, and achieve their own goals.

When I’m gone, I want people to look back and say that I made a real difference, that I built something meaningful that brought value to their lives. My vision is to create a community where people feel supported and inspired, a place that people keep coming back to because they know it’s real. Success, for me, is building a legacy that lives on in the lives of others, where people remember Always in Profit as something that pushed them to be better, to achieve more, and to live with purpose.
