Hi Amy, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Amy Ledgister, CEO and Founder of 3D Lash & Brow Salon and Academy. I began the school September of 2018. Since opening the school, it has become the #1 beauty school in Dallas and has over 1000 women graduating. Many of those women are mothers trying to provide for their families. It was my dream to create a school for working adults because I was once a struggling single mother who needed a way to get my license to start a new career. My vision incorporated affordability, flexibility, with innovation for the students. Before the beauty industry I was a Registered Dental Hygienist for 10 years but always had love for all things beauty. I left the Dental world to pursue Lashes and Permanent Makeup in 2017. I know she shares her knowledge, experience, and love for the Beauty Industry with all those who come to 3D Lash & Brow
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Being an entrepreneur is never easy, let alone being a wife and mother at the same time. But God works everything out so you must not give up even when you are faced with challenges, and you will. God gives you the strength to persevere.

My family matters to me the most. Everything I do is for them. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing my family enjoy life or being able to help other family members.
