Today we’d like to introduce you to Bri.
Hi Bri, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started in pain.
Chaos. Confusion. Grief.
I didn’t know who I was — I just knew what I wasn’t.
I kept trying to be something — chasing plans and pouring effort into ventures that never quite played out the way I hoped.
Eventually, I got tired.
Tired of pushing.
Tired of performing.
I began listening — not to the outside world, but to the whispers within. That quiet voice that kept saying,
There’s more than this. Come home to yourself.
That voice led me to healing work. First for myself and then, for others.
I didn’t plan to start a business. I was just following the next aligned step.
One session turned into ten, then into a community, then into retreats, and eventually into Wellness Days.
Now, Sol Living Co. exists to create sacred space for soul reconnection, whether that’s in the workplace, in a retreat setting, or a one-on-one session.
I got here by listening to what I couldn’t explain — and trusting it anyway.
I didn’t build this by following a blueprint. I followed my soul.
And even when it felt terrifying or uncertain, I kept walking, because the deeper I trusted myself, the more I realized:
This is the work I was born to do.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not even close.
It’s been layered. Messy. Revelational.
The hardest part hasn’t been the business — it’s been the becoming.
I’ve had to unlearn a lot.
What I thought success had to look like.
Who I was told I needed to be.
The pressure to fit into a version of myself that made sense to the world, but never felt true to me, was exhausting.
There’s grief in letting go of who you thought you had to be just to be seen or accepted.
But the more I shed, the more I came home to who I actually am — and that’s what allows me to hold space for others to do the same.
There were times I didn’t think I was good enough, that no one would come, that the world wasn’t ready for the way I do this work.
But I’ve learned:
You don’t need the world to understand your path.
You just need to trust that it’s yours.
As you know, we’re big fans of Sol Living Co.. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Sol Living Co. creates safe, grounded spaces for peace, clarity, and personal renewal.
We specialize in wellness experiences that help people reset — whether that’s in the workplace, in a retreat setting, or through one-on-one sessions.
Our work focuses on three main avenues:
Workplace Wellness Days – Thoughtfully curated experiences that include yoga, sound baths, and guided meditation. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and strengthen team connection — creating a healthier, more balanced work environment.
Retreats – Intimate group retreats designed for souls seeking to reconnect with themselves in a deeper way. These offerings blend rest, movement, reflection, and personal insight — allowing guests to walk away feeling clearer, lighter, and more aligned with their soul’s purpose.
Private Sessions – One-on-one intuitive services including energy healing, intuitive readings & Reiki Certification Programs available in person or virtually for individuals seeking personal growth or guidance.
What sets Sol Living Co. apart is the intention behind every experience. We don’t just offer relaxation — we create space for realignment. We meet people where they are, whether they’re seeking a calm moment in their day or a deeper reset.
We’re proud to serve individuals and teams across Texas who value wellness, presence, and authentic connection — and for those who are ready, our services can also support spiritual insight and soul-level healing.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is to trust myself — even when it’s uncomfortable, even when it doesn’t make sense to anyone else.
Trusting myself has meant honoring my timing, my knowing, and my way of doing things. That self-trust is what allows me to lead from a place of clarity, not pressure.
There were times I doubted my abilities, but every time I questioned myself, a client or participant would reach out sharing how deeply they were moved, how much clarity or healing they received.
I had to learn to trust that they weren’t just being kind, they were being honest.
That’s when I began to really accept that this work is meaningful, that it is beautiful.
That trust creates a ripple:
It leads to clearer decisions, which builds confidence.
Confidence builds respect — from others, and most importantly, from myself.
Everything meaningful I’ve built has come from following that inner compass.
