Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a smooth road serving others. It’s my calling, my passion, my purpose to help people unlock their true potential and achieve a higher quality of life.

We’ve been impressed with Ready 4 My Moment, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We primarily focus on partnering with people in a sales or leadership role who want to unlock their unique greatness and understand how to move past where they continue to get stuck. We coach and consult with individuals and companies focusing on how they choose to show up and why choosing to respond vs react changes the game we play. Also we partner with small business to creating clarity around what matters most and how to align daily, weekly, monthly intentional action commitments with mission, vision and values.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Having the nickname “Bubba”. My first soccer team had several Brian’s and everyone started calling me Bubba. it lasted all the way through college where the announcer would say “goal by #12, BUBBA Weaver!
