Hi Crystal, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have been a Licensed Loan Officer in Texas since 2003. I joined the mortgage industry after graduating with a finance degree and realizing that as much as I love working with numbers, I also love working with people! My favorite part is helping our clients to find the options for purchasing a home that will work best for their family.
I have been married to my husband Nick since 2008 and we have two amazing teenage boys that keep us very busy! We are a super active family who use football, wrestling, baseball, basketball, jiu-jitsu, and weight training to stay healthy.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As we all know, the mortgage business is not always smooth. I have seen it all, since I was in the industry in 2008 when the recession hit and the housing market crashed. It was crazy, one day everyone just closed up shop and the industry changed completely. But I stuck with it and I am so glad I did, since I have been able to help so many people and families achieve their dreams in the 22 years I have been doing this. The market swings up and down, but you can always count on the Loan Ladies Mortgage Group!
