Hi DEAN, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I own multiple companies. I just sold my commercial insurance agency called America’s commercial agency and originally started back in 1988 as Dean Morgan Insurance. We specialized in auto and then went to commercial through 2025 I have a business called Baby Boomer Buddies that was a transportation business for non emergency medical and some airport. I also have a healthcare company that specializes in Mental or emotional help, called Standard Medical Co-Op or healthcaresmcindia.com. We also call it the Lighthouse. We will have universities and clinics sign up and help people. It consists of someone you can talk to for only $25 per hour. Just to get the every day worries and stress out of your body. We will be adding regular doctors and hospitals to the mix later in the year. I’m also a Hollywood celebrity , producer , director, writer and lead actor in Sheldon Mashugana films also known as Mashugana Productions, which you can watch on Youtube and Roku. I’m also a Rabbi.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
All businesses start from scratch and you have to figure your niche. The healthcare took 10 years as did the productions company Mashugana productions. Insurance started fast using dealerships to start in the later 1980’s. Commercial was using many states instead of just TX.

We are currently in India with 13 colleges signed up, and will be working one country at a time. Specializing in Mental health with a cheap or affordable rate. nobody in the world has this program. we will be following up with the patient even after they are done. We also will be working the specialists as well at clinics and non profit hospitals to get surgery care and medical attention. Longevity of life and genetics are part of it as well. Also Dentists. Our program is not insurance, its a direct pay program. Usually 25% on the dollar and $150 month per person,
