Hi Denise, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Real estate has always been my passion, but for a long time I let fear hold me back. I would take the classes, but I never had the courage to sit for the state exam. Then one of my closest friends, who has always been my biggest supporter, blessed me by paying for my class again and even covering my prep courses. With God’s help, I passed both exams on the first try. That moment showed me that He is truly with me and has His hand on my journey. Now I get to do what I love helping people find their dream homes and it feels like I’m walking in my purpose.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Being a realtor hasn’t been the smoothest journey. I’ve had deals fall through because of funding, and in those moments, I hurt right alongside my clients. But I never stop praying and believing the right home will come at the right time. Everyone deserves the joy of owning their dream home, and those setbacks only push me to fight harder to make it happen for them.
We’ve been impressed with Denise Frazier Realty, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In real estate, I believe it’s never just about buying or selling a house it’s about helping people find a place they can truly call home. That’s why I make it my mission to guide every client with patience, honesty, and genuine care.
What sets me apart is the way I treat my clients like family. I know the process can be exciting but also overwhelming at times, so I walk alongside you every step of the way. Whether it’s celebrating with you on closing day or supporting you through the challenges that sometimes come up, I’m committed to making sure you never feel alone in the process.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
That’s a tough question, because I feel like I’m pretty much an open book. But something surprising that many people don’t realize is just how personal this journey is for me. Real estate has never been about chasing money,it’s about people, compassion, and using my work to make a difference.
I truly have a heart for helping others. Not long ago, a young woman reached out to me in need of a lease. She and her children were in a difficult situation, and I was working alongside the battered women’s shelter to help her find a safe place to live. When she didn’t get approved for one of the properties, my heart broke for her. I couldn’t let her lose the money she had already put down, so I gave it back to her and her kids.
For me, that’s what this career is all about. It’s not just about homes ,it’s about people, families, and making sure no one feels like they’re walking through life’s challenges alone.
