Exploring Life & Business with Dr. Ayesha Hosein of Spineally Chiropractic

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Ayesha Hosein.

Hi Dr. Ayesha, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Dr. Ayesha is a proud U.S. Army veteran, and devoted chiropractor committed to helping people heal naturally. Her own journey began after sustaining a significant injury during military service. Years of relying on conventional pain management brought little relief—until she discovered chiropractic care. That experience not only restored her health but also inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others through the same path.

Today, she applies that same discipline and precision in her practice, specializing in the Gonstead Method for its accuracy and proven results. Her philosophy centers on comfort, efficiency, and lasting outcomes—empowering patients to heal without unnecessary visits. She also streamlines the intake process so patients can focus on what matters most: their care.

Dr. Ayesha is passionate about educating her community, reminding people pain is not “normal” and that the body functions best when free of interference. Her mission is to help people reclaim their well-being and experience the body’s full potential.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Finding financing for a digital X-ray system was definitely a challenge. We were a new business asking for $40k. Larger banks weren’t interested in working with businesses that had been open for less than two years, and most wouldn’t even consider loans under $250,000. We were running out of options and reached out to the Small Business Development Center of Collin County, where we were connected with Ms. Karen Raymond.
She turned out to be an absolute godsend. Not only did she help us fine-tune our marketing strategy, but she also connected us with a lender who got our funding approved and the money in our hands within just a week of starting the process.
We ended up working with American National Bank of Texas, where Mrs. Amber Dawson guided us through the loan process with professionalism and ease. The experience was night and day compared to the predatory lenders we had encountered before. Once Mrs. Dawson took over our application, the stress melted away, and before long, our new X-ray system was up and running.
That X-ray system has become an essential part of our practice. It’s a key component of the Gonstead System of Analysis, the specialized chiropractic method we use to provide precise, expert care. Without it, our ability to deliver the level of care our patients deserve would have been significantly limited.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
We specialize in the Gonstead System of Chiropractic Analysis, one of the most thorough and results-driven techniques in the field. This approach allows us to pinpoint the exact source of spinal and nervous system issues using in-house digital X-rays, instrumentation, gait analysis, palpation studies, and detailed structural assessments. From there, we deliver adjustments that are specific, effective, and tailored to each individual.
Our care doesn’t stop at pain relief. We’re dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term spinal health and improved nervous system function. Whether a patient is struggling with back or neck pain, headaches, sciatica, carpal tunnel, joint issues, we provide solutions designed to help restore optimal nervous system health.

WHAT SETS US APART
1) Precision and Personalization: Every adjustment is based on a full spinal analysis and X-ray, ensuring your care is as accurate and effective as possible.
2) Transparency and Ease: No hidden costs, no confusing processes, no careplan packages. From online booking to clear pricing, we make care straightforward and stress-free.
3)Veteran Values: As a female, minority, veteran-owned business, we operate with integrity, discipline, and a commitment to serving others.
4)Trusted with Complex Cases: chiropractors refer their most challenging or complex cases to us because of our advanced imaging, detailed analysis, and specialized Gonstead expertise. We take great pride in helping patients achieve meaningful healing and relief — even when recovery once seemed out of reach.

What’s next?
Our current lease is for two years, and during that time, we plan to continue growing our practice within our current location. We intend to remain within the same footprint for the convenience of our patients, ensuring they can continue accessing care in a familiar and accessible location.
Looking ahead to the two-year mark, we plan to transition to a new build-out facility. This will allow us to design a more efficient office flow, helping us serve more patients while maintaining our commitment to honoring each patient’s time. Ultimately, the upgrade will enable us to continue providing precise, individualized care without compromise, even as our practice expands.

Pricing:

This visit helps determine if chiropractic care is right for you and what next steps may be needed — with no pressure or obligation.
  • New Patient Exam ($200) At your first visit, the doctor will do a full evaluation. This includes reviewing your medical history and current symptoms, then doing a physical exam to check your nerve and muscle function, range of motion, posture, and the way you walk. If needed, diagnostic imaging like X-rays may be taken to find the cause of your condition. No treatment or adjustments are done at this visit, because the doctor will first study all the findings from your history, exam, and any imaging. They’ll use this information to create a personalized care plan, which will be explained to you at your next appointment.
  • Review of Findings ($0) During your Review of Findings appointment, the doctor will go over the results from your first exam, including your medical history, physical assessment, and any imaging like X-rays. They’ll explain the main cause of your condition, pointing out any misalignments or problem areas found through the Gonstead analysis. The chiropractor will connect these findings to your symptoms and overall health. You’ll get a personalized treatment plan with recommended adjustments and therapies designed just for you. You’ll also be able to ask questions and talk about your goals and care timeline. If there are no medical reasons to wait, your first chiropractic adjustment will happen during this visit.
  • Adjustment ($50) At your adjustment visit, the chiropractor will gently adjust specific areas of your spine based on your exam and X-rays. The goal is to improve alignment and help your nervous system function more efficiently. After the adjustment, the doctor may give you additional advice on exercises or habits to help you heal and stay healthy.
