Hi Dr. Maria, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am an International Fitness Model, Published Cover Model, Amazon #1 Best-selling Author, IFBB Bikini Pro, Pro Motivational Speaker, Health & Wellness Lifestyle Expert, Successful Entrepreneur, and a newly and innovative MedSpa owner.
I am also a single mother to a vivacious 6 yo son, Dillon. In 2018, I was unexpectedly laid off after working 15 years as an engineer for a major telecom company. I made a crucial decision to pursue her dreams full-time as an entrepreneur to develop the Dianna Maria Fitness brand.
After a 4-year hiatus, I re-entered the bodybuilding competition stage and earned her PROFESSIONAL card as an IFBB. Subsequently, I made impressive progress in the Direct Sales Industry and became a multiple six-figure earner. I later became a #1 Amazon best-selling author of a collaborative women’s empowerment book, ‘Girl, Get Up and Win’.
I am well acquainted with the media and have made appearances and features on Fox News, Univision/ABC, Your Life Arizona, KEBN Radio, K104.5 FM Radio, KGGN Radio, Kingsville Record, Southern Dallas Magazine, Inspiyr Magazine, Rolling Out Magazine, North Dallas Gazette Magazine, Houston Style Magazine, Courageous Woman Magazine, amongst others.
In 2019, I had over 100 wellness clients where the average person loss up to 10 lbs. in 30 days. Henceforth, creating a MOVEMENT called the ‘Lose 5 lbs. in 5 days challenge.’

I am the founder and co-owner of the I AM THE CHANGE brand. This movement is designed to inspire, encourage and empower people to recognize their strengths and weaknesses. I Am The Change is making an indelible impact by helping others to see themselves clearly to become more confident and creative.

The MedSpa focuses on all-natural and non-invasive services that helps to lose weight, build muscle, reduce fat, reduce cellulite and sculpt the body. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Since becoming a full-time entrepreneur, I have battled a nasty divorce, a messy custody dispute, a head-on collision, a breast cancer scare, betrayal from someone in my circle, and going broke.
