Today we’d like to introduce you to Flor Manzano.
Hi Flor, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey began in 2008 when I became a Texas Notary Public. At that time, I mainly provided notary services to friends and people close to me, and it was not yet my full-time focus. Later, I worked as a teacher’s assistant in both the Dallas Independent School District . During those years, I enjoyed working with the community and supporting families, which helped shape my passion for service.
Over time, I realized that I wanted to return to entrepreneurship and use my notary commission to serve people in a greater way. That’s when I decided to start offering professional services to the community. I saw that many people, especially in the Hispanic community, needed guidance with documents, translations, and other important processes.
Helping people has always been my passion. I truly enjoy assisting my clients, answering their questions, and making complicated processes easier for them. Being able to serve my community, build trust with my clients, and make a positive difference in their lives is what motivates me every day.
What started as something small has grown into a business dedicated to service, professionalism, and community support, and I am very grateful for the opportunity to continue helping others.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not always been a completely smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs, I started my business on my own and had to build everything step by step. In the beginning, I worked as a mobile notary, traveling to meet clients wherever they needed the service. It required long hours, dedication, and a lot of perseverance, especially while building trust in the community.
Over time, people began to know my work and appreciate the way I serve my clients. Many of them started referring friends and family to me, which helped my business grow. Because of that support, I decided to open my first office in Dallas in 2023.
From there, the response from the community continued to be very positive. Thanks to their trust and referrals, I was able to expand and open my second office in Garland, which is also the city where I live. Garland has a large Hispanic community, and it is truly a pleasure for me to be able to serve and support people in this area as well.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Our business is built on trust, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving our community. At the heart of everything we do is the belief that our clients always come first. We strive to provide reliable, respectful, and efficient services so people feel confident when they come to us for help with important documents and processes.
We specialize in notary services, document assistance, CIVIL WEDINGS AND apostille services for documents that need to be used in other countries. Many members of our community need documents such as powers of attorney, authorizations, and other legal paperwork sent abroad, and we are proud to offer a service that is fast, organized, and dependable.
In addition, we also provide professional interpreting services. Attorneys and other professionals often hire us to assist with interpreting for legal matters, including court proceedings, USCIS interviews, and other official appointments. Being able to help bridge the language gap and support people during important moments in their lives is something we take very seriously.
What sets us apart is the personal care we give to every client. Many of our clients come to us through referrals because they know we truly care about helping them and guiding them through processes that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our greatest pride as a brand is the trust that the community has placed in us. We are grateful to be able to serve and support people every day, and our goal is to continue growing while staying committed to the values of service, integrity, and community.
What makes you happy?
What makes me happy is being able to help people. Many of my clients come to me during important or sometimes stressful moments in their lives—whether they need help with documents or communication through interpreting services. Being able to guide them, make things easier for them, and see their relief when everything is completed correctly brings me a lot of joy.
It also makes me happy to know that my work is making a positive impact in the community. When clients return, recommend my services to their friends and family, or tell me that I made a difficult process easier for them, that means everything to me. Serving others and building trust within the community is truly what motivates me every day.
