Today we’d like to introduce you to Giovanni Negron-Garcia
Hi Giovanni, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My story begins in Reading, Pennsylvania, where I grew up in a low-income household. Facing challenges early in life taught me resilience, determination, and the value of education. Despite the odds, I pushed forward, driven by a desire to create opportunities not only for myself but for others as well.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to empowering college students and professionals to overcome barriers and achieve their goals. This passion has led me to incredible opportunities, including speaking at TEDx, where I’ve shared my journey and insights to inspire others.
Every step along the way has been a testament to perseverance and the belief that no matter where you start, you have the power to create a meaningful and impactful future.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, but the challenges have shaped who I am today. Growing up poor in Reading, Pennsylvania, meant facing limited resources and opportunities from the start. There were times when it felt like the odds were stacked against me, and I had to work twice as hard to prove my worth and achieve my goals.
One of the biggest struggles was overcoming the mindset of “not being good enough,” a belief that stemmed from societal expectations and personal doubts. Balancing education, work, and personal growth was another challenge—especially while pursuing my master’s degree and transitioning into new roles that pushed me out of my comfort zone.
There were moments of uncertainty, financial strain, and exhaustion, but each struggle reinforced my resilience and deepened my commitment to creating a better future—not just for myself, but for those I hope to inspire through my story and work.
We’ve been impressed with Go Inspire Others, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Go Inspire Others, LLC, is dedicated to empowering college students and professionals to reach their full potential. As one of the top coaches in the nation, I specialize in meeting people where they are—not where I want them to be. Your vision is the foundation, and my role is to guide and support you on the journey to realizing it.
Through tailored coaching programs and dynamic speaking engagements, I address key areas like resilience, overcoming imposter syndrome, the marathon mindset, and wellness. What sets Go Inspire Others apart is a personalized, empathetic approach that fosters growth and builds confidence, no matter where you’re starting from.
I’m most proud of how my brand inspires lasting transformation. It’s not just about achieving goals—it’s about equipping people with the tools and mindset to thrive in every area of life. Whether you’re a student navigating college or a professional pursuing your dreams, Go Inspire Others is here to help you succeed on your terms.
How do you define success?
I define success as the ability to live authentically while making a positive impact on others. It’s not about titles, wealth, or accolades—it’s about alignment with your purpose, pursuing your goals with resilience, and uplifting those around you along the way.
Success is deeply personal and looks different for everyone. For me, it’s seeing the lives I’ve touched through my work, whether it’s a student finding their confidence, a professional breaking through self-doubt, or someone realizing their potential after overcoming challenges.
Ultimately, success is about growth, connection, and leaving the world a little better than you found it. It’s a continuous journey, not a destination.
