Exploring Life & Business with Jamie Rohrbaugh of Arbonne Holistic Wellness Consultant & DFW Networking Babes

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jamie Rohrbaugh

Hi Jamie, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey to becoming a Holistic Wellness Consultant AND a Founder and CEO, started in a place of pure hustle. I was working 50-hour weeks in accounting for a trucking logistics company while bartending at night, constantly grinding just to keep up. When I was introduced to Arbonne, I saw it as a way to create more choices for myself—what I didn’t realize at the time was how much I was going to need those choices.

Less than six months after starting my Arbonne business, I became seriously ill and had to take a leave of absence from both of my jobs. Suddenly, I was facing medical bills and hotel expenses while living five hours away from home for treatment. But even in the midst of that chaos, my Arbonne team and I pushed forward, promoting halfway to the top of the company. That experience showed me the true power of residual income, community, and having a business that could work even when I couldn’t.

Fast forward to 2024, I co-founded DFW Networking Babes—a networking group that has completely changed the narrative of traditional networking events. We focus on creating a wildly genuine community where small business owners feel seen, supported, and empowered to reach new heights.

Now, as a multi-business owner, my passion is helping others step into their power—whether through holistic wellness, financial freedom, or building connections that change their lives. I’ve learned that sometimes the hardest seasons lead us to our biggest opportunities, and I’m grateful every day for the path that led me here.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not! If anything, my journey has been a testament to resilience. When I first started my Arbonne business, I was already stretched thin, working long hours in accounting and bartending at night. Adding something else to my plate felt impossible at times, but I knew I wanted more for my future.

Then, just six months in, life threw me a curveball—I was diagnosed with a serious illness that required immediate medical treatment. Overnight, I had to leave both of my jobs, move into a hotel five hours away for treatment, and figure out how to cover medical bills with no steady paycheck. It was one of the hardest seasons of my life, but Arbonne became my lifeline. Even when I physically couldn’t work, the business I had started in my “spare time” kept growing, giving me financial relief and, more importantly, hope.

Starting DFW Networking Babes also came with its own set of challenges. Building a brand from the ground up, redefining the way people see networking, and creating a space where business owners feel truly supported—it took a lot of trial and error. But I believe in leading with heart, and the community we’ve built is proof that when you put people first, success follows.

Every struggle along the way has shaped me into the leader I am today. It hasn’t been easy, but I wouldn’t trade the lessons, the growth, or the impact for anything.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m incredibly passionate about both of my businesses because they are rooted in impact, empowerment, and creating meaningful change.

Arbonne
Arbonne is more than just a wellness company—it’s a hope-driven movement. We focus on helping people make non-toxic swaps no matter where they are in their journey, ensuring they have access to clean, high-quality products that are backed by science and results-driven. What sets Arbonne apart is our Not Allowed List, which means we say no to over 2,000 harmful ingredients, making our products some of the cleanest on the market. We are also B Corporation Certified, meaning we put people and the planet over profit.

One of the things I’m most proud of is The Flourish Foundation, which allows us to give back to youth in need. Arbonne is about more than just wellness—it’s about creating opportunities, instilling hope, and making a real impact in people’s lives.

DFW Networking Babes
When I co-founded DFW Networking Babes, I knew I wanted to create something different from traditional networking groups. We’ve completely redefined what networking looks like by fostering genuine, heart-centered connections. We partner with small brands to elevate each other, provide a platform for growth, and offer valuable education on the differences that make us stronger.

Our mission is to empower women professionals to prioritize their well-being, unlock their potential, and cultivate holistic success in both life and business. Through transformative networking experiences, we provide a nurturing environment where individuals can connect, learn, and grow, fostering resilience, balance, and fulfillment.

What sets DFW Networking Babes apart is that we don’t just focus on business—we focus on the whole person. Success isn’t just about what you do; it’s about how you feel, how you show up, and the support system you have along the way. That’s the kind of community we’ve built.

What I Want Readers to Know
Both of my businesses are built on a foundation of impact and empowerment. Whether it’s helping someone make simple, healthier choices with Arbonne or helping a small business owner find confidence and community through DFW Networking Babes, I believe in the power of hope, connection, and growth.

No matter where you are in your journey, I want people to know that change is possible, support is available, and there’s always room to step into something bigger than you imagined.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
My biggest piece of advice for anyone launching a business is to close the back door—don’t treat it like a trial run or something you’ll “try and see if it works.” If you go in with an exit strategy, you’ll take the easy way out when things get tough. Success isn’t about luck or perfect timing—it’s about commitment and staying the course, even when it feels slow.

There’s no timeline for success, so stop comparing your journey to someone else’s. Some people hit big milestones fast, while for others, it takes years of showing up. The key is consistency over time—small, daily actions compound into crazy momentum. The work you do today might not show results immediately, but in six months or a year, you’ll be so grateful you didn’t quit.

And let’s be real—everyone gets ghosted. Everyone hears “no.” It’s not personal. It’s just part of business. The most successful entrepreneurs are the ones who keep going despite the setbacks. They don’t dwell on rejection; they focus on finding the right people who do see the vision.

Most importantly, remember why you started. On the hard days, it won’t be motivation that keeps you going—it will be your commitment to your vision and the impact you want to make.

So, stay consistent, trust the process, and don’t give up before you’ve given yourself a real chance to succeed. You’re capable of more than you even realize!
