Hi Jeff, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m the CEO and co-founder of Barkbus, husband to my best friend, Erica, and dad to our amazing one-year-old daughter, Summer. I grew up in LA, went to the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), and moved post-college to New York as one of the first employees at WeWork. While there, I learned invaluable lessons –it’s critical to believe in your mission and serve your customers while also maintaining business discipline.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Barkbus is a luxury mobile dog grooming company on a mission to end traumatic trips to the salon for pets and pet parents. There’s no shortage of pets and pet parents that are looking for a better solution – we are a country that loves pets.

At Barkbus, we pride ourselves on our exemplary service and the exceptional care that pets receive while with us. One challenge continues to be hiring amazing grooming talent fast enough to meet market demand.

We are solving this problem by building a world-class community of groomers and working with the International Professional Groomers Association to train a new generation of talent to serve this growing market.

As you know, we’re big fans of Barkbus. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about the brand?
