Hi Kelly, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Growing up in New Orleans Sno Balls was a thing so after moving to Dallas and not being able to find Authentic New Orleans Sno balls It was always an :idea” to have a Sno Ball Business. That idea was written into a business plan for a Marketing class back in 2017 during my final semester at UNT just for fun and to pass the class. Not realizing that I manifested everything into place. Fast Forward to 2019 I actively started looking and testing out the best machines on the market and making things more of a reality. In 2023 I convinced my Husband to trust me on this and he did thankfully, By time Summer 2024 came I ordered all of the necessary equipment and was ready to let the good times roll.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Unbelievably it has been a smooth road.The longest part was waiting on permits but patience is the key. My husband has been so supportive and made sure the building renovations was done in a timely manner.

My Husband Chauncey played a huge role in making Sneaux Nola possible, He’s the man behind the design and vibe that you get at Sneaux Nola,He;s the behind the Scene guy. And my Kids have been cheering me on since day one especially my oldest daughter Terrionne who’s been by my side and going along with my crazy ideas lol.
