Exploring Life & Business with Kesha Dale of Asa Healing Services

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kesha Dale.

Hi Kesha, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
There are so many reasons why I started working in my purpose. One the main reasons was that I had a desire to heal myself from within. I was noticing patterns that I was experiencing that involved my own lack of self awareness of deeper wounds and pain within me. I was making choices that were not of my highest good. I knew I wanted a wonderful life, but I was witnessing and living the opposite. Why was that? The experiences that made me want to heal deeper in a way that goes beyond western medicine and into spiritual healing was the partners and friendships I was attracting and accepting. It was my emotional patterns in relational dynamics. It was a deep sadness that nothing external could fix . Here I was, a loving, compassionate and empathic person that loved freely but I was not being given that same love. In keeping myself in these toxic dynamics, I started to ask God to heal my heart. to heal the deeper parts of me that were allowing myself to be harmed, to help me see the truth that was hidden within me. I had to hold myself accountable. I had to seek deeper guidance from community and spiritual teachers. I had to rid myself of toxic connections and friendships. I had to do the work on myself. I realized that no one outside of me could heal me. I had to heal me. I discovered reiki as a way to heal myself not knowing that I had a powerful ability to heal with my hands. I just wanted to heal my broken heart. Reiki saved my life. It gave me a deeper awareness of my abilities to help heal others but more so reiki gave me a new path to heal myself and attract better experiences in my life and a new timeline of living. Being a spiritual practitioner requires deep inner work void from the ego. Being a spiritual practitioner is heart work. We have to live in our heart. I am so grateful that through my pain and through my inner wounds, I was able to remember who I am. I was able to find my purpose. I am grateful to witness such a profound transformation of who I am now and who I used to be. Although I have elevated myself greatly from the past version of myself, I have so much compassion for that old version of me who said, no more. I want to heal. She is my hero.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The path we are all on requires bumps in the road. How we experience those bumps in the road determine the life we create in every moment. I see my path as duality. I will have experiences that are great and some that are not so great. I have learned that when those things happen, God is there to reveal the truth of what those experiences are teaching me. One of my greatest struggles when I started on this journey was the awareness of the root cause of my wounds that I was carrying around from childhood into my adult years. We call this shadow work. Shadow work is that thing hidden within us, that needs to be revealed by us so that we can heal it and bring it into the light. As you can see in this world currently, a lot of people need shadow work.. If they did this inner work, the world would be so full light instead of darkness. Shadow work was painful when I first started doing it early on in my spiritual journey. Its painful because, we have to go deep into those foundational memories that made us who we are as adults. Its painful to go back into the past and feel what that little girl felt, to hold space for her to be heard and seen. The other side of that pain is healing and no longer having to carry the burden of those childhood wounds. It was worth the struggle to be here today as this version of me in this present moment, a woman that is healed and continuing to heal in a world that is the complete opposite.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Asa Healing Services started because I had a strong desire to use my abilities to help others. It is my passion and purpose to be a spiritual practitioner. I specialize in reiki services, intuitive guidance, shadow work, animal reiki, distant reiki, private events and also building community spaces in the near future. In doing the work I do, there is a level of integrity and compassion one has to have in order to hold space for other souls that are seeking healing on their own individual paths. I stand out because I am an individual. I am authentic. I am a truth teller. I am honest. I am not a person that works with people that do not want to hear the truth. I live in my truth and it wouldn’t be honorable for me not to be honest and truthful with my clients. I do have a consistent client base that loves the work I do with them because it changes lives. I help people see themselves as their highest self as it is intended. That is why we are here existing. I am proud that I have a life and business that is purposeful and held in the highest integrity spiritually. What will always make me stand out is me never wavering from my authenticity and why I am doing this work. I consider myself rare and God is my business partner. I can never fail.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success is determined by character, the love within our hearts and how we show up in this world engaging with others. It is definitely not about material gain, money or titles. I seem to think that the highest regard of success is the love we have within and how we express that love into world daily with others. Imagine how successful this world would be if people were kind to one another and practiced kindness daily.
