Today we’d like to introduce you to Keshaun Fudge.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born in Queens, NY, and moved to Mississippi when I was young. It was a culture shock, but it exposed me to two different cultures. Playing college football gave me a broader perspective of the world. I visited places I would never have had the chance to see at 18. It was a vehicle to help me see different parts of the world.
Now, I’m a Holistic Performance and Longevity Strategist/ Holistic Integrative Health Coach, living in North Dallas helping guide people back into alignment to themselves.
My mission is to elevate global health by helping high-performing men and women reconnect to themselves through holistic performance, nervous system awareness, and inflammation-conscious living. I guide people beyond surface-level fitness into deep alignment — where longevity, resilience, and self-awareness become the foundation of how they live, move, and lead.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No it has not. In fact it was a tough road to get here but that same road paved the way for me. I’ve been through very dark times. Dark Nights of Soul I call it. Going through the ego death process shedded a lot of who I thought I was. In 2012, I had an awakening. It was one that brought me to my knees and it shook me awake. The very fabric that’s made me who I am today.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I’m the founder of Wholistic Lifestyles, a holistic health and movement practice focused on helping people reconnect to their mind, body, and soul — especially men navigating stress, disconnection, and life transitions. My work blends functional movement, nervous system awareness, mindset, and lifestyle coaching to help people build strength from the inside out, not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well.
What sets me apart is that I don’t follow the typical fitness model; I guide people toward sustainable alignment, real presence, and long-term health instead of quick transformations. I’m most proud that my brand stands for depth, authenticity, and real human connection whether through private coaching, my book Thriving After 40, or The Reconnection Method. I want readers to know this isn’t just training, it’s a pathway back to feeling grounded, strong, and fully alive in their everyday lives.
